What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
You will need a valid driver's license (both home country license and International Driving Permit if applicable), a valid passport, and a credit card for the security deposit. For Sri Lankan residents, a valid national driving license is sufficient.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before pick-up will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up are non-refundable.
Do you offer delivery and pick-up services?
Yes, we offer free delivery and pick-up services within Negombo city limits. For deliveries to Bandaranaike International Airport or other locations, a small fee may apply depending on the distance.
What happens in case of a breakdown or accident?
All our vehicles are fully insured and maintained to the highest standards. In case of a breakdown, we provide 24/7 roadside assistance. For accidents, please contact us immediately and we will guide you through the process, including arranging a replacement vehicle if necessary.
Are there any mileage restrictions?
Our daily rentals include unlimited mileage, so you can explore Sri Lanka without worrying about distance limits. For weekly and monthly rentals, we offer generous mileage packages that suit most travel itineraries.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (Sri Lankan Rupees), credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and bank transfers. A security deposit is required for all rentals, which is fully refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, you can modify your booking subject to vehicle availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time to make any changes to your reservation.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we offer child safety seats for an additional daily fee. Please request them at the time of booking to ensure availability.
